Climate Care
Climate Care let you offset your CO2 emissions by funding projects throughout the world. These can be in renewable energy, energy efficiency or forest restoration. Donating to these projects can help make your activities climate neutral. Use their online calculator to measure the CO2 emissions of your journeys.

Comrades Of Children Overseas (COCO)
This charity was started by Steve Cram and Jim Panton to help children throughout the world. The Comrades Marathon was its inspiration hence the name; now shortened to COCO. The charity's aims are to help remove barriers to education. It raises much of the money needed through runners collecting sponsorship money.

Tukae
Tukae is a Cornwall-based charity whic helps education and health projects in the rural regions of northern Tanzania. A great deal of help is provided to a very poor community despite Tukae always struggling to find enough money. If you can help either by donating or volunteering, you would be making a significant difference to other people's lives.

The Ramblers Association
The Ramblers' Association is Britain's largest charity working to promote walking and to improve conditions for all walkers. With 143,000 members in England, Scotland and Wales, they've been working for walkers for 70 years. They have a great deal of information about footpaths and welcome information about problems with rights of way.
