A runner's logbook designed by Ed & Phil "Extraordinary ordinary runners". The pages are undated so that you can start using the logbook at anytime during the year.

As well as space for recording training details there are also pages to record planned races, race results and more.

The logbook has been desiged by runners for runners and is spiral bound so that is will open flat. As well as log pages it contains other useful information such as pacing charts. Click the 'enlarge' button to see log pages.
